I strongly believe that the success of the projects that I have managed and worked on has stemmed from high levels of collaboration, pro-active relationship management, regular and open communications, and learning and working within the culture of the organization and with key internal and external stakeholders.
I am passionate about project & change management, team development, and mentoring new leaders. I have actively given back to the Project Management profession through volunteering and sharing my experiences using various methods and media. I am a regular presenter at industry conferences in New Zealand and overseas, and have authored various publications to help develop future generations of project leaders.
